High Speed Double Suction Centrifugal Pump with Big Flow

Product Introduction: 

This series single-stage double suction split volute centrifugal pump is used for liquid transportation for water works, air-conditioning circulation, building, irrigation, drainage pump station, electric power station, industrial water supply system, fire-fighting system, shipbuilding and so on.

Application:

The pumps are widely used in city water supply and drain-off, water supply for cities and towns; water supply and drain-off for central heating system; water supply and drain-off for steel plant and metallurgical industry enterprises, oil refinery for petrochemistry, paper mill, oil field, heat and power plant, airport construction, chemical fiber factory, textile factory, sugar factory, chemicals factory and power station; water supply for fire-fighting system for factories or mines, water supply for air conditioning system; farmland flood-drain and irrigation and various water conservancies.

* Diameters of inlet and outlet: 150-1600mm

* Flow range: 68-30000m³/h

* Temperature range: highest liquid temperature80 (-120), ambient temperature40

* Maximum operation pressure (inlet pressure+ pressure transferred by pump): 1.0Mpa (Hsp75m) or 1.6Mpa (Hsp>75m), special disposition can reach 1.6Mpa or 2.5Mpa.

* Transported medium allowed: clean water or other liquids with similar physical and chemical properties to clean water. Other liquid, please contact our company for information.

* Sealed water pipe parts: not installed if inlet pressure0.03Mpa

* Structure designing: single stage double suction axially split type centrifugal pump with volute casing, horizontal installation, drive(electric motor or internal combustion engine) can be fixed on the left side or right side of the pump according to the needs, (i.e. faced to outlet, it rotates counter clockwise when the drive is on the left side and rotates clockwise when it is on the right side.)

20: 1/10 of nominal specific speed for impeller

M: impeller type, M-original impeller, N-correcting impeller

J: speed decreased type no mark for standard one

A: first trim of impeller

F: special type, the rotation direction is anti-clockwise (standard type: no mark).
